Lawyer with a master's degree in State Law and Regulation from the Externado University of Colombia and a specialist in Administrative Law from the University of Rosario.

He holds a diploma in Cannabis Production and Transformation from the National University, a short course in Cannabis Regulatory Aspects from the University of the Andes, and a Cannabis Law course from the Higher School of Law of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). He was selected in the 2022 Top 200 Cannabis Lawyer ranking.
